Who controls your data
YourPager is operated by YourPager, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. For anything in this policy, write to support.yourpager@gmail.com.
If you are a shopper on a merchant's page
This is the short version, and it is the important one:
- The name, address and message you type into the order sheet are never sent to us. They are placed into a WhatsApp message on your own device, which you then send to the shop.
- We count anonymous page views and a counter for "an order was started". No names, no phone numbers, no addresses, no cookies, no advertising trackers.
- Your cart is stored only in your own browser's session storage and is cleared when you close the tab.
- Once you open WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to that conversation.
If you are a merchant
To build and run your page we collect and store:
- Your WhatsApp number (this is your account identifier)
- Your business name, city, business hours, delivery area and payment modes
- The photo you send us and your product and price list
- The WhatsApp number you want orders sent to
- Your UPI transaction reference (UTR) for the plan you bought
- Your chosen language and where you are in the setup conversation
- Page view and order-started counts for your page
We use this only to build, publish, support and renew your page, and to send you the service messages described below. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Messages we send you
By setting up a page you agree to receive service messages on WhatsApp: setup replies, your live link, login codes for the merchant portal, renewal reminders, expiry notices and a weekly report on your page's views and orders. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of the weekly report and reminders; we will still send messages needed to run your account.
How long we keep it
- Published page content: for as long as your page is live
- After expiry: the page is taken offline for 30 days, then deleted along with its photo
- Payment references: retained for as long as tax and accounting law requires
- Setup conversations that never completed: deleted after 7 days
- Login codes: deleted as soon as they are used or after 10 minutes
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the data we hold about you. Write to support.yourpager@gmail.com from your registered number's email, or message us on WhatsApp from that number. We will respond within 30 days. Deleting your data means taking your page offline.
Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with our providers. Portal access requires a one-time code sent to your registered WhatsApp number. Tell us at support.yourpager@gmail.com if you suspect a problem.
Changes
We will post updates here and, for material changes, tell merchants on WhatsApp.
